Citizens from many countries do not need a visa to enter Mexico for tourism, business, or transit (up to 180 days).
Immigration and Visa Guidelines
You must have a valid passport with blank pages and complete the Multiple Immigration Form (FMM), often provided by airlines.
Keep the FMM during your stay and return it when leaving.
If your country is not visa-exempt, apply for a visitor visa at a Mexican embassy or consulate.
Exceptions: If you hold a valid visa or permanent residency in the U.S., Canada, Japan, UK, Schengen Area, or are a permanent resident of Chile, Colombia, or Peru, you may enter Mexico without a Mexican visa.
