The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) protects consumer rights in Mexico by providing objective and timely information, handling complaints and claims, regulating abusive commercial practices, and promoting responsible consumption.

Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
